Be sure to read the other threads about traveling, I know I've seen two others in the last couple of days.
I would say be content to get things as calm as possible in your body before going, doing what you can to maintain that while you are gone, and then get back on track with treatments once you get back and get " stable" again. Traveling is hard for most Lyme patients. And air travel can have some of its own issues. If I remember correctly, this has to do with the pressurized cabin and such. Be sure to stay hydrated during and after the flight for sure.
If it was me, I would detox as much as I could in the next 2 weeks, the work on getting symptoms to my most tolerable level. I would be most concerned about the basics: eating well, resting well, detoxing well, staying hydrated and sticking to my protocol without raising doses or anything else that might cause anything more than minor herxing. Unless you will be in Japan for an extended time, then I would encourage you to get back to you treatment routines as soon as you can.
