Help to differential diagnosis

Hello.
I need help in making a diagnosis.
about 10 years, I have had a variety of symptoms and the doctors could not diagnose me.
I had to study medicine and to make a decision about the treatment itself. Local doctors treated lyme two-week course, and about bart probably know one or two doctors)

My symptoms are:
muscle twitching, gastro, knee pain, rosacea, insomnia, emotional problems, problem of CNS, in the morning the pain in the sole of the feet,pain in heart, testicular pain in the left testicle, low libido, undigested food, sometimes diarrhea, skin various manifestations & many other.
My laboratory test all negative - blot for lyme is negative, igg for bart henselae&quintanta negative, reaction Rait & Hedelson for brucella negative.

This summer I started empirical treatment on their own initsative, I do not have a doctor.
I took azithromycin, doxycycline, tinidazole - this scheme I have started its symptoms, constantly sore knee and had elevated the emotional background, and got out the reaction on the skin (herxgeimer).
Then I started to take minocycline - and I had other symptoms - towering above the skin brown spots of 3-4 mm, which were flat and soon disappeared; lymphocytoma, as I have become word appear small red dots if they turn red comb spots - just like in this post www.healingwell.com/community/default.aspx?f=30&m=3606549
Then I began to receive a solo artemesia annya extract and received on the third day of the second new symptoms -many uplift red dots 2-3 mm on leg, strongly itchy leg, severe headaches - a week later, these symptoms have passed.
The following drugs were receiving rifampicin and bactrim, on these medications I was no pain in the testicle, the skin began to appear red itchy towering point.
Now I have stopped taking medication because the liver is felt, and I want to deal with further tactics of treatment.

Help Board, I am embarrassed by the fact that on artemesia annya I got headaches and itchy feet - I know this may be babesiosis. However, with all the symptoms of brucellosis, it may be, it also has a treatment response Herxheimer. Once I had night sweats, but I know Bartonella and lyme can give it, is not only babesiosis.

Do you think it brucellosis or lyme + bart + babs?
Are important any opinion.

Also, it's very common for the usual tests given to come back negative, or indeterminate translated negative.
This is because very soon after infection the bacteria enter our cell structures and disguise themselves to survive. The white blood cells that basically scout for trespassers don't see anything and therefore no antibody attack is released to be seen in the usual tests.

Most of the time diagnosis is made early on by clinical signs/symptoms, a long with known history of tick bites with or without the bullseye rash.

Another tick borne disease is Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever, which is often a co infection with Lyme.
RMSF can usually be seen at any time, in the blood stream, whether newly infected or not. This is the case with me.

There is a couple extensive symptoms lists in the intro area I pointed you to. They are divided up by tick disease but you will see some of over lapping of symptoms.

I'm doing a detox - a hot bath with salt, in the summer I'm heavily involved in aerobic exercise to sweat out toxins.
I know blot lyme in chronic patients is positive in one third of them, chronic bart positive in 50% cases.
Overall, I read the length and breadth of this forum, because there are a lot of people and their experiences. And much that is different symptoms at all.

Regarding the herbs you're right it's really useful things and can replace antibiotics in therapy. Just my question here in what - if I have babesiosis, to undergo a 2-3 month course of herbal treatments and continue to undergo treatment against Bartonella. Because the experience of people from the forum - they do not get cured by lyme and Bartonella, until after treatment for Babesia.
However, I fear that if there is no Babesia me and I will take herbs against Babesia my lyme can flare with increased symptoms.

Welcome to our community. I'm so glad you've joined us.

It's not true that those with Babesia need to heal that infection before they treat any other. Some do, some don't. When I was in treatment the first time, I treated Lyme first (because those were my most severe symptoms), then Bartonella (my next most severe symptoms), then Babesia - and healed very well and very quickly. I had been infected for 40 years and because I supported all aspects of my body throughout treatments, I was only in treatment for 2 years.

Unfortunately, I got reinfected after my adrenals crashed after a lot of family stress, and I'm back in treatment again. I have tried using abx (antibiotics), but they failed me, so I turned to herbs.

Any flares you experience during treatments are usually from a Herxheimer reaction, which is toxins overwhelming your body - whether using abx or herbs. There are many things we can do to reduce or eliminate herxing though. Starting off on low doses and building up slowly, being very respectful of the herxing, and adding in quite a few detoxing routines, not just 2 or 3. If you still have symptoms of Lyme, you do still need further treatments, so be sure to stick with it. The best guess we have to keep symptoms from returning is to treat at least 2 months past the resolution of all symptoms.

I wish I knew more about the abx side of treatment, but I have concentrated on the herbal aspect of treatments instead. I'm sure someone with knowledge of the abx will be along soon though to help answer your questions!

Thanks for opinions friends. I am do pause for my abx treatment, heal my liver, and only take artemesia.
I am not add herbs into treatment,because i think iam need a reserve protocol for treat.
