VITAL OR NOT TO USE BUHNER PREFERED SELLERS?brand makes Ashwaganda/kudzu/tryptophan?

Can anyone advice of a different brand of tryptophan than source naturals As to possibly avoid customs to uk and vat?As I'm only taking 1 pill 3x daily not 9 pills a day Trying to cut costs down Same for ashwaganha and kudzu /Baikal/ salvia ? 2 bottles are needed I cant buy all 12 from Us of core and add on and more. Therfore I cant buy all herbs from buhner preferred sellers of herbs That means customs from lots different companies on top of herb prices and shipping..

I buy most of my supplements from healthmonthly.co.uk. They have the things you mention in Swanson brand. I don't use Buhner, but I use lots of Swanson supplements which I have always found to be effective.
