Can I test for co infections while on ABXs treatment?

Hello,
I am on ABXs treatment for Lyme at the moment (amoxicillin, Doxy and Flagyl), but I feel that I may have Bartonella and Babesia as well. I would like to test with Armin labs in Germany for co infections. Will they show up if I am on ABX?

I called them and he said - Lyme will not show up. But whats about co infections? Have you been testing in the middle of the treatment?

It is very expensive, so I would like to be sure. Many thanks! :)

I would think that it would be best to not be on abx treatment for the testing of the co-infections as well - but wait until you hear from those that have had the testing done to be sure. I have not had testing done.

I was told to be off treatment when I recently tested for Babs and Bart.

I stopped treatment one week prior...this was for a PCR test.
