I say this for all of us, thank you for the appreciation klwxo95! It is a mutual appreciation with all of us here, at the very least because you all contribute the bits of your experiences that create the big picture of what helps and what doesn't.
We hate that there are so many suffering, but it is some comfort to see that our symptoms, or complaints are not ours alone. Validation is my personal favorite word! Probably true with many here that have struggled from Dr. to Dr.
This idea that the toxins from die off can lodge in our tissues is something that acknowledgement was sometimes lacking. This is a very good reason why some methods of detoxing should be continued as part of our daily routines indefinitely after we feel we are in remission.
Sort of like a clean up crew that stays behind after the event.
You know, when you consider that any bacteria and unhealthy organisms are likely to invade our bodies at any given time, these detoxing habits that are already in place will help clear them out after your now healthy immune system is done killing them. That may go for viral infections too. There is always collateral damage when you are sick.
Something to think about.
Couldn't have said it better!! We are here to share information and to find information. No one keeps a score card on who's receiving help and who's providing help.
We share and get information as we have it need it.
