Stiff neck with Lyme?

Maybe some, others not?

I personally did not have stiff neck. I believe others do.

I had bad pain in my neck initially, but not stiffness....

Then I had stiffness....then not...

I haven't had stiffness for a few months now...

I had neck creaks - these cleared with treatment. I still have pain and a stiff neck-but I think this is to 4 bulging discs in my cervical spine.

Well you can see in my signature line - part of my treatment - not much has changed since - other then adding in Artemisinin for babs...and now treating Candida with Diflucan and Bartonella with Bactrim and adding in Zithro.


But, most of my neck symptoms resolved several months ago.

So, either lyme or bart treatment did it.

That is my male friend's current most noticeable symptom. He doesnt' think he has Lyme. I don't see how he couldn't after 12 years with me. Well, except the past year and half since I found out about me.

I have had lots of stiff necks over the years, with other symptoms, but was told I didn't have Lyme, so it wasn't treated. I still get it when my glands swell, so I start the Lymph node massage draining routine right away.

It crunches and crackles every time I turn my head. Going to try some collagen formula for awhile, and hope that helps resolve it with some other issues.

Do most of you have muscle flutters and jumping?

I didn't have a stiff neck, but one that sounded like gravel was in it when I turned from side to side.

Now my lymph nodes on my clavicle were swollen and very tender.

And muscles definitely fluttered. I would get twitches everywhere. When on my eyelids, they would drive me crazy.

I would have them so bad in places that I would actually jump out of my chair. I called them lightening strikes because they were so quick and violent.

Yes, I am in what everyone calls "remission." I have been told that you don't get cured. However, this sure feels like cured to me. Grateful for everyday without symptoms. But, there is a bit of fear that I am continually trying to hide because I am fearful lyme will come back. Lyme loves stress and fear, so I try and hide those.

Lyme symptoms stink. No one has the exact same lyme symptoms and when you are going through it, well, I always thought - "maybe I should go to the hospital. Maybe something horrible is wrong."

If it was near my heart, I had it checked out. But the jolts in my arms or legs, I just had to get used to those.

Never a dull moment with lyme. When they say it roves through your body, they really mean it.

All better now, but it was a long slow trip to get here.

I did one stint of antibiotcs for a month - Biaxin and Ceftin. I felt absolutely nothing. I then did Beyond Balance and noticed improvement right away, but I was so impatient. So I started Buhner's herbs along with the Beyond Balance.

I was bit April 2015 and quit herbs July 2016. Many on here think that because I treated so quickly after being bit, that my treatment was shorter. Many on here say that because I was super healthy to begin with and because I ate healthy and detoxed even before I got lyme, that really helped me heal quickly.

But, no matter how long it takes, it seems like forever..... I missed a lot that year plus. Oh well, I sure cherish my days now. Lyme humbles you.

Oh gosh, my ears felt plugged up, like when you go up in an airplane. I was so tired.... I swear there were months that all I did was sleep, pee and take herbs all day long... I slept a lot.
After I got bit I didn't have symptoms right away. It took a few months and a bottle of wine. I went partying with girlfriends and I drank too much wine. They next day, it was more than a hangover. I thought I had a virus or flu.

Then all heck broke loose and I was a mess. My MD said I had a sinus infection because I had a "kinda" sore throat, sore neck, stuffed up ears and one massive headache.

He was wrong, but symptoms of lyme are so weird to a doctor not familiar. And, at that point I did not put my "spider" bite with my symptoms. I thought it was a spider bite. I had never seen a tick bite. After research I discovered I had a bull's eye rash..

I have heard lots of positives about Hansa. One of our members took his daughter there and she is doing super well at home now.
