I've been mixing the following 2 x day
Warm water with
L_glutamine, 1/2 tsp (for leaky gut)
L-ornithine L-aspartate, 1tsp (for Ammonia build up)
Magnesium (CALM brand)
Ascorbic acid, 2 tsp
Salt
I've added lemmon juice too sometimes

Cacao
Great Lakes gelatin
Flaxseed meal
arguinine
D-ribose
