Necessary Fixing - Sympathetic/Parasympathetic Regulation

This is important. Fixing your sympathetic nervous system and parasympathetic nervous system.

If your sympathetic system does not work efficiently there will be many problems and brain function affects

more than one thing.

It's important to get that in check, especially with all the stress of lyme.

I use breathing techniques/and or meditation if you would call it that.

Mostly this can regular any brain imbalances based of my experience.

It can help you relax and your body hopefully work better.

I'm busy now but maybe ill post more later.

I think lyme causes over sympatethic so reversing this I think will help lots.

Mine is a mess :( my LLMD is using Ondamed to gently put it back in place. I do have die off from the Ondamed, but I notice it is helping a little with my sleep. However, my memory is getting worse...so...lol. I need to ask him about this. I think the brain getting worse though could be from something else in my environment entirely.
