What to look for when buying a sauna?

I've been looking at portable saunas on amazon and on eBay. For some reason eBay is way cheaper? I'm noticing terms like "far" and "fir" and I've even seen "emf safe" as well as "negative ion" among other things. My question is what is a must have when buying an infrared sauna in regards to the terms I've listed above? And is there anything else I should be aware of?

I am looking into a sunlighten sauna. They offer basswood which is hypoallergenic and are low emf. I was concerned about the wood as well because I don't want to be inhaling nasty chemicals. Betterhealthguy uses this brand and has given it good reviews. This isn't a portable sauna though. They offer financing which makes it a bit easier to handle financially.

We have had a high tech health FIR sauna since around the year 2000. It's been worth it's weight in gold. I was looking to upgrade to newer technology which is generally less EMF, and came across the Sunlighten sauna that uses FIR, NIR, and MIR (far, near and mid infrared) wavelengths. After extensive research, Sunlighten 2 person is on it's way to our house... I will always love high tech health sauna, and it still works great after so many years. We have gotten our $$$ worth for certain over the last 15 years. I think we replaced 2 light bulbs that we use for reading, LoL...

I have been looking into it a little more and discovered that FIR stands for Far Infrared Sauna. Lol, Lyme brain!

I've found one that I am probably going to order, just have to really convince myself that it is worth that 300 or 400 dollars!

Problem is, is that I was haveing an extremely hard time finding a company that will ship to Canada, I only found one and I guess it'll have to do!
