This was news to me and music to my ears therefore I share.

Please be aware, though, that Trans-Resveratrol is not Japanese Knotweed - it's an isolated constituent of Japanese Knotweed.

Buhner prefers whole herb preparations and only used to recommend trans-resveratrol before JK became readily available.
