Well, it does sound like you are doing quite a bit simply because you are struggling with your health issues right now. Something to think about
for sure, but it also depends on how you feel. If you continue to feel fatigued, then it's time to shave down your activities. We all have different levels of activity, and mine varies from day to day, so I'm always moving things around to different days and saying that I'll do something "tentatively".
Considering that you ARE having issues right now, a two week break to care for just yourself and your family would give you some insight into how well you are handling other things.
Yes, the different hormones are very much affected by having Lyme, and estrogen in particular can "mess with" Lyme and company symptoms. It may make full moons hard to handle too, so do watch for any patterns that arise. You can at least know how to plan if you can see patterns in how you feel.
