I have done a 48 hour holter and had some similar findings. PVCs are harmless but super annoying. That's the feeling of skipping a beat. Most everyone has periods of bradycardia and tachycardia (slow and fast rate). I think my heart rate got down to 40 or 50 when sleeping. It all really depends on how frequently it is happening and what preceded the findings. Your cardiologist should explain it to you. I think the real worrisome things are a pause or stop between heart beats or atrial fibrillation but I'm not an expert. Keep us posted!

Sinus rhythm is normal heart rhythm. So that is good

PVC interpolated PVCs and Ventricuar couplets are all "extra" heart beats that originate from the bottom of your heart. These are not uncommon. A lot in a row is a problem but your report doesn't say that.

PAC are extra beats that originate from the top of the heart. Also not uncommon.

I have PVCs that I can feel and cardiologist said that was ok. I also get tachycardia (heart rate above 100) and they think I have POTS. Nothing from your report seems bad. I would still follow up if they said you may have a blockage.

I have tachycardia after any movement when I'm short of breath (COPD). My oximeter will record beats over 120 pm. At the same time it's easy to detect several skipped beats for a 2 second count. 1 100, 2 100 count. I've had all the tests and I didn't understand a thing about what I was told, nor was any further medication prescribed other than my congestive heart failure meds.

The regulation of heart rate is controlled by nerves call the bundle branch blocks..right n left ...when they get out of sync they skip (pvc) or when the aldosterone drops out (bp) adrenaline and heart rate shoot up to compensate (tachycardia )

Raw licorice root is close to aldosterone ...there is a inhaled version from hong kong ..not cheap though

i feel its bartonella that can cause inflammation of the valves and damage the nerves ...iv gentimycin is what is called for ...we kikely will never get that sort of treatment .

for all other infections of the heart iv abx are required. ..infection can build up vegitations because flow is so high, (causing blockages ) immune sx and oral abx cant touch it ...bartonella infects the lining of vessels and can cause arterysclerosis also.
