Hello! Looking for personal remedies for continuous bone pain/stiffness. I'm having persistent issues with walking and standing for long periods due to this said issue. Thanks in advance for any advice given

For overall stiffness - I do exercises most days...and then usually soak in a warm epsom salt bath.
The warm up on my Elliptical followed by some stretches, light weights helps a lot.

When I feel joint stiffness, the only thing that helps me is the heat. So I warm up the affected area and it helps.
Another thing that you can try is Devil's Claw gel. Apply it twice a day. It also helps with the inflammation.

Anti-inflammatories would be helpful, either pharma or herbal. I use turmeric and bromelain for reducing pain and inflammation.
