I cannot afford an LLMD. I'm on disability. I got abx from my Internist last year for awhile, and then he chickened out treating me any further.
So, I started reading everything in here trying to absorb enough I could start with herbs. I can only afford to purchase about
2 things a month.
You don't have any money coming in at all? I have found that you can do ok with spending less than $100 a month for a couple new herbs (I use tinctures so I can start with low dosages). I spent less than $40 my first month For milk thistle and Japanese knotweed, and then skipped a month, and this month I spent about
$50 on cordyceps and Kudzu.
That budget will also get you some kefir drink for probiotic at the grocery store, or get a recipe to make your own. It will afford you to buy charcoal tabs, Braggs apple cider vinegar and empsom salts, oh and lemons or organic lemon juice for lemon water.
Decide what main symptom you want to hit first and we here can help you pick some that have worked best.
My daughter can't work anymore either, but she's been doing on line surveys and making about
$35-$40 a week. They don't pay much, and you're online for a few hours but it sure is helping her out. I tried it and got overwhelmed and couldn't even figure out how to get them to send my my check. But she keeps at it as much as she can, and even now while she's got Lyme and dealing with gall stones.
