Thanks everyone for the detailed remarks. Here's what I'm thinking:
Judging from others experience, It seems I prob dont have severe gallbladder issues, since I dont have sharp pains anytime, actually no pain in that area now. The little pain I had on my right rib area this fall has not repeated, and its hard to say what that was.
Food does not make pain either, just abnormal gas/bloating (some food more than others) and a slowed or almost stopped digestion feeling. I do "go" the next morning, but later than my regular usual time. And I used to be VERY "regular" since I always take the same magnesium at night.
My symptoms do seen bacterial connected and its like the digestive tract after the stomach is just REAL slow. I have almost ruled out candida, as I've had that many times and this is a little different, plus all candida test signs are negative and candida killing herbs have zero effect THIS time.
**Upon goggling Dr Axe, I see there is a whole SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth)- bile duct gall stone- liver and bile duct parasite connection.***
Dr Axe mentions the usual talk of regular liver flushing (the Dr Hulda Clarke remedy) which I think flushes the bile duct and connected gall bladder also. Says any parasites or bacterial infections litter the bile duct with active and inactive litter (the inactive "littler" causes stone build up). So the steps are 1) parasite cleanse, then 2) liver/gall/duct cleanse and 3) a two step food program after. It sounds kind of complicated, I'm sure many have some success even if followed not perfectly (but the says you have to do this perfect- yea right, ...no one does).
The Axe artical mentions that gall stones will come out of mostly everyone, but no pain was mentioned. So is kidney stone "passing" the super painful one and not gall stones?
So you might have guessed, Id like to try an easier liver flush.
The first step- Looks like the most common parasite cleanse is black walnut tincture, sounds simple. Think I'll try that soon.
In the meantime I have 2 good probiotics, L-Glutamine CAPSULES (tabs were horse pills!!) and....something new to me- NZ 100% Manuka Honey.
Well this whole deal blows X-mas dinner. Once again the family will be shaking their heads. I dont try to explain things to siblings anymore, as they think I'm studying to be a shammon/ whitchdoctor with all this herbalisim and supplements stuff year after year LOL. One might be convinced I'd be dead without it though.
