UVLrX cleared by FDA to start up again

I was informed by my LLMD office that UVLrX has been cleared by the FDA and people can resume treatment. Unsure what changes (if any) they introduced but its back on.

Daisies I thought about it, but to be honest unless I really have to....I don't want to fork out the money again only to feel not that great once I stop.

I bought a portable infrared sauna that I just used the other day. I'm hoping that with that and other body supporting/detox efforts, I can get to a steady healing pace.

I've never done it, but my LLMD does it. I don't think that he ever stopped. Was there some kind of controversy?

He may recommend it to me at some point, but I don't know if I would invest my money in it. I am curious about ozone therapy, though. I've been getting IV vitamin treatments to aid in detox (which have worked really well, BTW). But there are usually several of us in the same room, and we swap war stories. There have been mixed reviews from a lot of them on the light therapy, but it seems like mostly positive reviews on the ozone.

Late to the party, but... I did UBI (untraviolet blood irradiation) with ozone, and had absolutely massive success. I was symptom free for over a year but the symptoms came back again. I assume I stopped too soon initially... I definitely didn't go 2-3 months past being symptom free. i stopped straight away when i felt better. Live and learn! When the symptoms returned, they were no where near as bad as they had been, so I would still say this treatment worked really well FOR ME, and I am super stoked that I tried it. -- I didn't go back to the same place again after symptoms returned because the doctor I really liked had a stroke (he was upper 70's in age)...

I then went to try UVLrx, and I did get results using this method, but I found it quite hard on my veins. I did maybe 5-6 treatments, and I did Herx from them which was a sign that it was doing something... but I had to stop. It also was really far for me, trying to work a full time job.

I am doing great now by adjusting my treatment to homeopathy and refining my nutrition, so i guess it all works out. I just want to see continued improvement... I would put myself at 75% better, maybe even more.

Rikky... I was desperate. It's unfair for you to say that it only works on the less sick. Sickness IS an INDIVIDUAL thing, which is why I emphasized the "FOR ME" above. It's also unfair to dismiss something if you haven't done it or tried it because there may be someone out there that achieves the massive benefit that I did when nothing else works... this treatment is a HUGE reason why I am continuing to improve day after day.

I was very sick and I have methylation issues (more than just MTHFR) and I have CIRS issues and my right kidney was not functioning ... I could go on and on and on with my story just like everyone else on this board... it's why we are here. To share, empathize and help each other.

I absolutely never had a Dr. pray on me to do UBI, and I sought it out after TONS of research. It was something I considered as a last shot ... and it gave me a great kick start and most certainly it reignited my faith that I could become well.

We all must find our own healing path, and I never want to influence someone by saying what's best. What we have on this board are individual experiences that we share. If someone is interested in what someone is doing, we can safely mail each other and ask questions and then make our own decisions.

3Humped as with any generalization its just that ;o) and i wasn't implying you specifically. most of the experiences i've heard details about have been from my old "LLMD" who did prey on folks and that's just a shame because folks are really sick and don't need someone peddling something primarily for $.

as i said mileage will vary so to each his own and if something helps go for it but know what you're getting into by looking at all perspectives.
