Red rash on back

I know red rashes can show up with babesia and Bart. How do these 2 differ in appearance or feel to touch? My llmd said mine are Bart looking..But I just wanted other opinions. Thanks!

I think the more common Babs rash is Petechia - little red dots.

Bartonella is scratches ..or can look like stretch marks.

But, I had a rash that was red blotches of different sizes on my back - from one of the infections - not sure which one.

...and ive also read about little red dots being Bart as well as Lyme.

Thanks..Girlie...Yes aside from the scratch marks.. Which I've never had..
Just wondering the difference in "rash" marks

It's a little raised...Not really a rash a i guess, more of a few red moley spots. They don't have the cherry angioma look blood blister look that I see in many pix. More flush...Thanks!
