Sida Acuta Biddens and Gou Teng

Happy Wednesday!

A few weeks ago I added the above to the Buhner -Lyme protocol. I started with Gou Teng - which gave me a headache every morning. Now I am getting a stiff neck down to my shoulder, only in the left.

I am taking this for neuro Lyme and Cpn. Any idea why my neck should seize up? By the way, I often get a runny nose and sneezing in the evening dose and slight coughing in the morning. That I get. The pain in the neck is sometimes pretty intense. It's more puzzling.

Also I just ordered activated charcoal. I've never had problems detoxing before. I do baths and sauna and drink and the herx subsides. So I ordered the carcoal and it came today. If this is toxic build up, how much should I take and why only the one side?

That's interesting. New colonies!! Let's hope I'm raking it up and out! I am guessing sida Acuta is a systemic antibiotic and helps out where necessary.
