Some people are now opting to do colonic cleanses as opposed to the gunk that JM is referring to. In fact, I hear that gastroenterologists are promoting it to their patients.

Hi all. It's been 5 weeks since I took the two drops of a-bart and I'm feeling better but not great. I want to try to get to where I was prior to taking the a-bart (75-80% myself) before starting any other treatment as the a-bart brought me down to about 10-20% and scared the hell out of me. I stopped bicillin and almost all supplements (except for vit C, D and probiotics).
My doctor wants me to get a colonic tomorrow as he thinks it will help. I am doubting whether this is the best choice since I'm super sensitive and can't even seem to tolerate my sauna right now. Just a few hours ago I took activated charcoal and I'm feeling super achy and sick. I think I'm having a detox reaction so I'm scared a colonic could push me over the edge again. I'm also not have any problems moving my bowels.
Any thoughts? is it worth a try? Of course I'm reading horror stories that colonics can cause long-term mineral depletion , etc. and freaking myself out! Any input would be greatly appreciated!
I wouldn't do anything at this time if you still feel vulnerable. Give it a little time and reconsider.
