Infra red sauna sessions will vary per person. I've been doing them for 17 years, and we switched brands just a couple months ago. It doesn't get as hot, so I go longer now. I started very low n slow, and my timeframe was 10-12 minutes at the beginning... ow, 17 years later, I do 45 minutes at 135-140. Sometimes, I even make 60 minutes. I try to sauna 4 days per week, do full detox baths 2 days per week and have one day off.
Just put back in the electrolytes! I use pink salt n water to replenish.
