Byron White Timing

I've been on Byron White (A-Bab, A-Bart, AL-Complex, EBVH6) for about three months and just realized their instructions say to space out the doses a few hours AFTER other supplements. I'm on too-many-to-count supplements and I've just been taking them all at the same time. It's easier that way.

How important is it to space out the Byron White formulas from other supplements? I also read they need to be away from metal and other "energy" sources. Is this real? Has anyone noticed a decrease in effectiveness from having Byron White formulas near metal?
