I find it amazing that the Cowden dosage schedule simply tells you to take extra burbur Pinella if herxing. Then it says if it is too severe of a herx, to skip the next dose. Nothing about reduction or adjustment. I know these are excellent products, but it you àre too sick to continue, what's the good in that.
I did my 3rd half dose, flat on my back all over again. I'm so discouraged
Do you mean 3rd dosage for the day? If so, perhaps just do 1-2 doses a day. I cut back from doing 3, to 2 and my body prefers that much better. The program calls for 4 doses a day before meals and at bedtime.
I don't think the timing has much do do with anything except it should be taken 30 min before meals.
I don't want to do 1 dose because there are 2 separate sets of drops. I am definitely considering 2 doses daily. Do you guys have an opinion for the timing of the 2 dosages? I guess it really wouldn't matter. Can always adjust later.
I'm not doing very well again, I think since I've done 2 doses today, ill just detox for the rest of the day. Its my birthday and this sux. Last birthday I was on antibiotics. And felt great although there was also allot of Candida partying going on in my gut. Come to think of it, I may had had cake and diet rootbeer. UGH NO WONDER I'M STILL SICK. Better to wake up late than never, I think 😿Happy Birthday.
For clarification, when I say 2 dosages, I mean 2 dosages of whatever you need to take. I'm doing a much simplified Cowden protocol. So for example, let's say Samento and a Banderol. I mean taking both of these 2x a day, but at a lesser amount than you were taking. If this is still too much then you may have to take 1 of those 2x a day, and work back up.
For some people following this protocol, they had to almost reset when things became too much. So like choosing one of the herbs that make you feel more human. So if this is a Banderol, stick with that for awhile and see how you feel. Sometimes you can't follow the straight protocol. We are all different and may have to make adaptations along the way.
Hopefully you getting to enjoy your birthday.
