Lyme and babesia protocol

If you're talking pharmaceutical - then Mepron (atovaquone) plus an antibiotic is usually used.

So, Mepron and azithromycin...or minocycline...or biaxin...or doxy.

There is another med with Mepron (which is liquid) - that comes in a tablet called Malarone. It is atovaquone combined with proguinil.

Malarone can also be combined with the azithromycin, minocycline, biaxin, doxy.

Arteminisin can also be pulsed in. Or Crypto and Sida Acuta from Buhner's core herbs.

With Mepron, don't forget to take it with some fats for better absorption.

I saw in one of your previous posts you were asking about treatment in mexico. I'm not so interested in actual treatment in mexico, but more so regarding buying medication in Mexico. Do you have a pharmacy you can recommend? I can go to any border town from Az to CA. Thank you, CW

Girlie doesn't matter whether you think you have it or not problem is you may never know via blood testing or symptoms (given mild ones or overlap with other infections). Per Dr. J you should treat all 3 at same time as we never know what could hold us back. Dr. J is big on hitting all 3 and doing biofilm busting in parallel to ensure full coverage. You know that already ;)

Yep- my doc is treating me for babs with mepron and azithromyacin and artemesinin.

hi oddity well really im living in puerto vallarta mexico ive had to mexico city to get tested with western blot method but border towns im not sure but you do have to go to a doctor for a priscription and well there is good pharmacys like benavides or farmacia guadalajara

I just called a pharmacy in Tijuana, it's close to where I live, and they gave me an ok price on Doxy. They did mention I would need a prescription from a Mexican doctor. It seems shady that they won't accept a prescription from my doctor here in the USA. Do you know how easy it would be for me to get a prescription from a Mexican doctor?

its not that dificult you might be able to find a doctor to right you a prescription especialy since you already have one from your doctor they need a mexico doctors prescription because they need to put the doctors info in there system

Just trying to do some initial legwork on securing future meds at the lowest possible price. Since I live 75 miles from the CA / Mexican border I thought it might be cheaper for me to run down there every few months if I have to. My doctor has not mentioned Mepron, at least not yet. I hope he/she does not based on the price. If my doctor does prescribe this, are you implying I can get it in Mexico?

I have no idea what you can get in Mexico.

But, I have not been able to find the Mepron or Malarone on any of the online pharmacies.

I started Babs treatment about a month ago, and found that taking the Mepron and Azithromycin together makes me hugely and painfully bloated! Mepron is supposed to go with food, and Zith is food-optional, so I take Mepron with dinner, set the time for an hour, then take the Zith. Bloating gone. (speaking of interactions, i take a digestive enzyme to make sure I'm getting all my nutrients, and found that they interact with both the abx and probx, so I time those an hour apart as well. My whole life is on a timer these days.)

Sorry; yes, I do, with breakfast and dinner. However, I only take the Zith once a day, so it only matters at dinner. (I leave lunch for the probiotics)
