One of my posts was linked above - a lot of info in it. But to answer your specific question, I would start with nursing staff at a hospital (do you know anyone who knows anyone who is a nurse? Try networking to find a good reference for someone who can help you). If no association w/ nurses, please call the help line of a hospital or nursing home and ask for a good way to find references for freelancing home health nurses who can do home visits.
Craigslist is an option and I've used it for many reasons, but you're then left to verify credentials on your own and people responding will know you're ill… just a few too many opportunities there.
Also, the nurse visits are not too expensive, compared to the meds. There are several online sources for IV meds and although I've never used them, posters here have shared good experiences. I believe they are discussed in those threads.
Alternatively, there are good videos on YouTube for how to access yourself. It's not something I was faced with having to learn, and it's nice to have a nurse around on a regular basis just to make sure things are good.
