Observations on miscellaneous things that are helping

I had noticed my eyes getting pink and itchy again even on the abx. I have been applying an small amount of antibiotic ointment with down and away strokes to the outside of the eyelid and eyelashes.

I am dealing with some items that are in Spanish so I just assume its not for the eye and wipe away the excess away before opening the eyes so it doesn't enter the eye.

This has been helping.

Far infra red sauna. Once the skin ejections stop then massage the area to see if you cant draw out more. This has worked.

My feet are not glowing as much when I check with the UV light.

I added a tea tree and oregano oil gargle and then wipe down the body with the excess so nothing goes to waste. I am focusing on areas where the UV light has indicated I should focus.

The jury is still out on this one but its not hurting anything.

CA what did you do with UV light? You said you are focusing on areas that were identified by the UV light.

Sounds like you are drawing out some toxins. Keep us posted.
