CBD Oil for Herx ????

My LLMD recommended CBD Oil to use when I'm Herxing. My worst Herxes are ridiculous pressure headaches, nausea, and depression (I think the nausea and depression are actually caused by the head inflammation). He think CBD Oil would work pretty well and quickly when this happens.

Well, I've been researching it (including searching this forum) and is seems like CBD Oil can actually CAUSE a Herx. So I'm confused. Can someone who has used it help me out? Thanks.

I believe it can.

A retired LLMD (Dr. Murakami) and Dr. Eva Sapi paired up to do research on the effects of CBD oil on spirochetes in vitro and the results were positive.
Of course in vitro doesn't necessarily mean it will work in vivo.

On Dr. Murakami's fb page - there are people who claim to have success with cbd oil and treating their LD.
...and some mention herxing before they felt better.

I did try it...and I didn't feel any better...in fact I thought I was actually feeling worse at that time. I gave it several weeks - I think it was 6 or was it 8 weeks....

My doc said the CBD would decrease the inflammation in my head, which would alleviate the other symptoms. I'm just confused as to whether it will cause a herx or relieve a herx. I keep finding conflicting information.

Only way you'd know is to try it.

Start with a low dose, though.
