I took two tsps once or twice a day. I think the directions on the box were for twice daily.
I was not good at taking it religiously. I would skip days here and there.
Once I finished the bottle, I stopped...
I was a bit leery about
taking it...as the LLND I saw at the time told me not to. My Ferritin was at 40 then...and she didn't think it was low enough to supplement.
My GP thought I should get to at least 70 and shoot for 100
I think 70 is what it says on the lab report for being in the sufficient range.
What i have since realized is even though I was concerned about
the 40 result because several months earlier it was 45....I saw an older test that was done prior to both and it was 20.
So, I'm actually doing better than when I was first diagnosed with lyme...and never supplemented prior to it increasing to 45.
I have a lab req to recheck it again.
