Where do biofilms live?

Do they move around? Are they in blood? Tissues? Saliva? Breast milk?
Thank you for your help. Is it just the active spiros that transmit? Can I pass on biofilms?

Thank you in advance if you even try to answer these questions. Your research and sharing are greatly appreciated.

Also? Does the same go for cysts? How are these different. ?

Biofilm was recently a disscussion between my nurse and i the other day .she feels they are like silt banks in the bends of our vasculature ...like rivers ..and our blood goes everywhere ...
they have been likened to tarter in your mouth and gunk in a drain....they buid ,talk via quarum sensing and are made of bacteria ,minerals ,fungi and lord knows what other organisms...

sapi was said that the only two things to effect borrelia biofilm is stevia (not sweetner but herb extract ) and melittin (the juju in bee venom).
It is thought that systemic enzymes (serrapeptase lumbrokinase) are eating at it like pac men ...that cistus tea and royal jelly can break them up...so it is practice to have effective killers on board if trying to dissolve them or they can relocate causing symptoms ...

some of my beef with buhner is is let sleeping dogs lie attitude on biofilms ...
also if there is ketes in there reproducing and building fortresses then remission is not actually achieved ...

some bvters believe abx and herbs just streghnthen these little forts making treatment longer or ineffective ...

anecdotally my nurse relapsed after using a circulation mat (bemer )for a while ..would love to hear georgia hunters take on my bff

Cysts ...assuming you mean the coiled 1 of 3 forms of borrelia ..and not the pockets of sequestered funk yhat hulda clark or dr shaller talks about in skin manefistations .

under the microscope the cyst do not appear dormant ...my friend feels these are little spirochete factories ...where they reproduce ...it is thought that only flagyl tinidazole ,alinia and gse and bee venom can get these forms maybe rifampin...or 4th gen floroquinalones ...

As Bluelyme said, biofilms are everywhere - both in the body and in nature. They are in our bloodstream and our GI tract, as well as in other places. All kinds of bacteria and viruses hide out in biofilms to help find protection from our immune system, abx and other things that may harm them.

Cysts, (like Blue, assuming you mean a form of Lyme) are another form that they use to protect themselves from our immune system, abx and other things that may harm them.

I don't believe that abx and herbs make any of these any stronger - not from what I've experienced or from what I've read, other than long term Doxy and a couple of others possibly. Many LLMD's will prescribe a cyst buster abx along with other abx to avoid this issue.

biofilms and cysts protect the organisms and let them reproduce including lyme. biofilm treatment has got to be part of any regimen in order to get well. spooky lyme and morgellons protocol has a big section of treatment just to bust up all sorts of biofilm colonies so they deem it very important as well.

dr. j in DC protocol has you doing biofilm treatment the first week in every cycle. he uses xylitol and laktoferrin. you're also on flagyl and diflucan 2 days the first week of the cycle as well.

I used cistus tea as a biofilm buster and it did a number on me. I had to stop all treatments eventually because of the onslaught of symptoms that were overwhelming me. Lesson learned! I'll go more slowly with it from now on!

We don't know all the places that biofilms can be formed, but the most common ones are mucosal layers such as the oral and gastrointestinal tract and prosthetic/stents/etc. In recent years it is more and more accepted that they can be found in the heart and brain and at least one study i've read has shown them in arterial plaques. I think in time we'll find them just about anywhere microbes set up long term residence.

I want to say they live in a pineapple under the sea but Im sure that cant be right.

I just got my copy of Unlocking Lyme and Buhner's HLDC Bart and Myco. I wish the latter had a glossary for easy reference.

I am glad they both focus on more natural treatments !

I think the cyst can be a seedling for bacteria or a spore from mold.
