So I am doing this ten pass ozone therapy-which really seems to be working.
I have issues with my veins from all the previous IVs. I get in early and do a sauna to wake up my veins-does anyone have any other ways of helping to wake up my tired veins?

Be sure that you are
well
hydrated and try a heating pad or warm compress just before the IV.

Ditto what Trav said. I've used hot hands warmers. My LLND's office is about
an hour drive so I
open the package and place on my vein about
15-20 minutes before I'll arrive. I try and wear something that will keep the warmer in place. That's obviously easier to do during the colder months.

Thanks for the advice.
I bought a could heat pads for their room-FYI I sit in a sauna at the clinic for an hour-trust me I am warm!
I have heard something about
drinking salt water but not sure it works

What's the specific issue with your veins? If we knew that we might be able to be more helpful.
My blood clots in the tubing. It will go back in my body just fine but getting the blood to flow out of my veins is almost as tough as trying to get water out of stone. Then it clots too quickly.

For ten pass one should use the big veins inside of elbow. I had some trauma with those big veins-so we use smaller veins on hand or foot-if they aren't plumped up it doesn't work-they collapse ( big needle-smaller vein and the machine creates a vacuum to suck up blood and sometimes they blow.
So just looking to see if there is anything more I can because I really think this ten pass is working

I've had a vein on the underside of my forearm used for MAH with a Zotzmann. Have they tried using one of those?
If that's not an option for you try to reach out to Dr Rowan for suggestions. Nothing to lose by trying.

jrpsf- I have one vein we use on the underside of my forearm-the other arms that vein isn't straight enough.
I already reached out to Dr Rowan-nice guy but didn't help

Chewing licorice root has helped my bp when i need to get stuck... that was before port intallation which has been cool for infusions ..however the doc that can do 10 pass here nows nothing about
huber needle or maintance flush ...
Can you get a picc or a port ordered by a doc with a dx of pdn or something? Insurance covered it
how much heparin is in the 10 pass?

bluelyme- I think I need another 4 ten pass so I really don't want a picc.
They do use plenty of heparin-I have no clue how much.
