No Girlie. In this country we have what is referred to as "Hipaa" law.
whatishipaa.org/For our protection, except for in a situation of legal matter for Police, we have to sign a release form if we want one Dr. to share our info with another, or another agency, including Government agencies.
In cases where you see more than one physician in a large clinic, including a large clinic that is owned and operated by a Hospital like in my case, our medical files are in a data base but even in that case I'm not sure if permission has to be given to access them. I signed papers many times for my records to be shared.
