Rikky, I know you are well versed in diet and the various ways that plays in, I just wanted to bring it up because her 'down' times were a little suspect in their proximity to the usual post meal periods.
Can I assume you guys have eliminated sugars and most carbs in your meals? I've had problems with this as well when I was careless about
what I was eating in regards to simple carbohydrates.
I'm not sure if it was insulin spiking and crashing, or a yeast thing, but something for sure was going on related to what I was eating.
On the not getting enough sleep at night, my friend is like that, falling asleep during inappropriate times of the day, and then can't sleep at night, up at 4-5 a.m.
