I wanted to let you know that you accidentally(?) posted this twice, so I'm going to delete the other thread to help lessen any confusion, since they are identical.
I would caution you about using someone else's supplement list - although you can get a bit of guidance, we are all unique and have different needs. While one person may find that, say, methyl folate is very necessary for them, others find that they react in a negative way to it.
With that said, there are some basics that most of us need, like magnesium, vitamin C, some need to supplement vitamin D, and Fish oil (omega's).
