I'm not on the cowden protocol but I've read good things about
his liquid stevia which are suppose to help with biofilms. Anybody have experience with this?

There is opinions for and against the effectiveness of stevia against biofilms.
I have it, I use it, but who can tell if it's working. Like so many other things.
Sorry for the confusing review, but I do like the cowden products 😊

Yep, I use it not only in the protocol but tea and cooking, too. It's the best sweetener out there!
