I have eleutero from herb pharm that is 2:!. After listening to Buhner's podcast he states we should probably use the 1:5 ratio. He also says it takes about 6 months for it to really work. Anyway, should I cut the dose by mixing the drop (s) in water and then dumping some out? I hate to buy another bottle of this since I have the 4 oz. bottle.

I bought the same 2:1 based on what was on his website. It said to use the 2:1 for 30-60 days and come off for two weeks. Is the podcast recent?

Don't dump it down the sink! Find another little jar with a tight fitting lid to put the excess in, put it away in a dark cool spot for later.

LmLyme, on the first page look for 'Blogcast Featuring Stepen harrod Buhner'. It is fairly lengthy but he does mention how to use eleuthero.

Summer,

I used Elu from Herb Pharm. I just worked up to full dropperful.

I do it most days but am on a two week break now.

It helped tremendously with my fatigue. I am very sensitive to anything 'up' but it doesn't make me racy, just takes the fatigue away. I love Elue.

I could not use Eleutherococcus because it made my heart race like crazy. So I put it away and decided I would come back to it later and try it again. I healed without it. LOL!!
