I just upped the weight again - as a test, it went great. I should slow down though, take a break, this seems too good to be true.
Worked out back yesterday, more than ever before, and felt great today after melting away a couple very concentrated trigger point knots this morning. .
Shoulders and upper back today, 5# more than last week. In all honesty my neck was a little tight this morning from all this upper body work the last month- normalized from my evening workout though..
Its really nice that the inflammation is down to the point that the trigger points are much more obvious, thus easier to find and manually heal them. Muscles cant work right with trigger points / knots and will create non symmetrical muscle balance which creates more pain.
I could probably run again. ....And I could probably mess up all this again from running......so I will do the smart thing and avoid running LOL!!!
Standing a long time still creates muscle and or fascia tension- but way better than before. I envy those who can stand for hours without discomfort. Many people cant. I need to move around.
Sidenote: I'm thinking of finally doing another adrenal saliva test, when stressed, I still seem get some physical symptoms arising. High work stress two days in a row kind of showed me this.
