Yes, it's very common for there to be patterns to our good and bad days, and for this to change around as well. The hope is that we get to where we have more good days than bad, but it can take a while, and progress is a LOT slower than we want it to be - always!
Keeping track of the good days and bad though will allow you to see patterns as well as see improvements overall.
