Need a "Best Doctor" Recommendation in NY, NJ CT areas

I am at a loss of what to do, I am getting more and more lyme contacts and I still don't know what Dr to refer them all to.


I really need to figure this out. As many of you know, my Doctor stepped down from her practice to take care of her adopted baby, and the center is just not the same without her.

I know about Dr R in NYC and am not too fond of him, Dr C upstate is good, but I heard some negative reviews on him as well.

Dr CC in NYC is on the ILADS list - but I only know one person who went to her, and she seems to treat similarly to the way my Dr treated me, but that person never got back to me as far as how things turned out.

There does not seem to be one on Long Island - but I am in NY, there's gotta be a fine Dr somewhere in the city!! Even CT is not that far or NJ - if I recall there is at least one good Dr in CT and NJ - if anyone has any recommendations, please PM me - It's not for me, its for my fellow lymie contacts. Is Dr. R, Dr BR? On Seventh Avenue?

That is who I go to and I think he is wonderful. If it is him, may I ask what it is you don't like?

I have heard good things about DR. EF (woman and last name rhymes with lid).

Do not go to either of the Dr. M's (one is last name of Van or Toni) and second one is a long Italian name.

Have also heard good things about Z Clinic if CM is the way you want to go.
