Thanks PeteZa. My thought is it is still Lyme because I got so much better without treating other co-infections. And you are right - I believe longer-term stress helped bring it back. That, and as you mentioned, my diet went where it shouldn't.
Just hoping I can get it back to where it was. And we all go through something. Glad you are in remission. Was it Lyme you treated? Co-infections? Have faith you can keep it.
I treated lyme with herbs - Beyond Balance and Buhner protocol. After I had no symptoms for a couple of weeks I decided to do cryptolepis and houttuynia for babs and bart "just in case." Nothing happened. No herx, nothing at all. I did that for a couple of months and then I quit all the herbs.
I was so nervous.
Now, I live clean and stress free and no commitments. I go and do as I please because I am retired and I eat super healthy. I do not want to treat again. I got to no symptoms in March and quit herbs June 27, 2016. Hubby got lyme symptoms in November 2016 and he is now treating with Buhner. He did not go get a lyme test (he says he thinks they are very unreliable) and he refuses to go to a doctor (he saw me go to so many with horrible results). He thinks I will heal him with herbs.... Gosh I hope so.
