Yes, Avena Sativa is what Traveler told me about, and I LOVE it. I started on just one drop but went up fairly quickly. I take it twice a day, every day unless I feel a stressful situation coming on, any sort of nerves at all, and then I'll take it a 3rd time. You can take it more when you know you're not going to herx. Or take it in drinkably hot water for an extra boost. Feels like you're getting a warm hug. It seems to be quite safe.
Whatever my nervous system is or was doing at the time this tincture helped a great deal. I'm not having near the 'nervous breakdowns' I was before either.
I get mine from Sagewoman Herbs. Pretty good stuff, IMO.
