Hi all -
I have been seeing an integrative practitioner since the beginning of Feb, and he suggested that I take 600mg of magnesium. In addition to the supplements, I eat quite a few foods that are natural sources of mag and I've been using Epsom salts as a method of detox.
Last night, I forgot to take my mag and my probiotics before bed, and I've had a better day today than I've had in quite some time. Less anxiety, fewer heart palps, less abdominal cramping, and way less pain in general. Marked decrease in the anxiety and I've had some chest pains that have been virtually nonexistent today.
Possible I've been taking too much mag?
