I am not allergic to soy, but when it hits my colon in about 18-20 hours I get really sick feeling for a few hours. Soy milk and soybean oil do this to me; however when baked, like pizza crust or cookies, it does not effect me. I haven't had the nerve to try fermented soy and see the effects.
So my question is, does anyone have this problem, and should I try nattokinase, which is derived from soy? I'd rather do lumbrokinase, but lucky me, it's much more expensive!
I would also appreciate brand suggestions.
