Starting tomorrow
Rifampin 300 mg 2x day twice a week
Tinzadol 500 mg once every day
Levaquin 500 mg once daily
3 weeks on and one week off

Next niacin Sentra and hydroxy 3 weeks on one off
Then back to rotation.

I have neuro Lyme bad

Coach - just curious - why you've chosen to pulse the riffy but not the Tinidazole?

Probably no need to take the Rifampin everyday while also on Levaquin.

tcoach - You know about the risks with levaquin and what to watch for?

Did your Dr tell you to take magnesium?

Yea. I can't work out or train anyway. I really pushed for the vancomycin. Ya know. She seems very smart and has quite the good rep in Florida. I'm so tired of all this burning and stiff legs etc. my old dr usually had it knocked down in a few months

Spoke with dr and they kinda insist this will work. I feel I am dealing with what is called a persistior form of Lyme

The risks of the fluoroquinolones: Black box warning of tendon rupture and peripheral neuropathy.

Some LLMD's prescribe magnesium.

If you feel any tendons start to tighten up or sudden increase in nerve pain or tingling stop the Levaquin immediately.

My right Achilles tendon stiffened up 19 days into taking Levaquin, but 6 months later I took Cipro long term with no problems. Took a year for the Achilles tendon to get back to normal.
