Do I need biofilm buster?

I am considering using the RNA Results lyme system. I talked to them and they contend a biofilm buster is not required prior to their program, because their "sprays get into the cells."
Does this sound correct to you? Do you think I SHOULD go ahead and use a biofilm buster prior to using their program?

I am not familiar with RNA Results program but I would want to understand more than "the spray gets into their cells". Biofilms grow amongst cells... so it's about breaking through the biofilms to get to the cells.

Klagh - That protocol is based on silver and has some amino acids - N-Acetyl L -Cysteine, L-Carnitine ...and others.

It may have some ingredients for biofilm busting - I did read about NAC being a biofilm buster...but it's not one that I've heard of often.


You can always add your own biofilm buster - if you're not getting good results.

I just thought this MIGHT be worth a try, because it got a lot of good reviews, one person said they got out of the nursing home and a wheel chair while using it.

If it doesn't work I will use Dr. Jernigan's protocol.

I was under the impression that silver was a biofilm buster itself. No?

I used it when I was taking antibiotics and you could definitely tell it was doing something. I get chest pain and my chest pain got so much worse while taking the silver with the abx. Definitely a herx.

Honestly if I was you I would consider combining the results RNA protocol with another. Herbal abx or prescription abx to get the best effect.

I am of the school of that that extreme herxing can cause more harm than good, so I actually think biofilm busters should be introduced AFTER or in the midst of treatment. Why release more infection before taking care of what's already burdening your system?

There are a lot of herbs that double as antimicrobials and biofilm busters. Oregano, for one. Just make sure you get lots of rest and don't stress too much while in treatment. It's already hard enough!
