Looking for some books to help with negative thinking/anxiety that comes with that. Any recommendations?

Personally I love anything by Thich Nhat Hanh. It is based on buddhist principles but anyone can read and incorporate his suggestions. I find the writings easy to read, relaxing, and inspiring. I enjoy the general philosophical outlook.

I loved One Thousand Gifts.http://onethousandgifts.com She does tap into religion, but I will never look at a soap bubble the same way again!
