Herx maybe?

I and taking a 2 week break from abx- my llmd wanted me to increase two herbals im taking (nothing new atm) and I couldn't figure out why since Monday I have been feeling like crap. I increased LB Core by 2 (so 6 a day total) and increased artemesinin from 200mg 2x a day to I cant remember whether it was 600 a day or 800 total.

Now all day I couldn't figure out why increasing the LB core that little bit would do it, but I forgot about the art. Its probably the art isn't it? I feel sluggish and tired and like its hard for me to move my body. Iv been sleeping ALOT, dizzy, lightheaded, headaches.

So, do you think its a herx from the increase? Last time I took a break from abx I felt great, I was kinda expecting to feel great again.

Yes, the Artemisinin - jump in dosage could be causing the herx.

(And really, the LB Core increase as well)

Artemisinin is powerful.

I was taking 1500 mg daily at one point. It was difficult getting to that amount.

Thanks- I thought so. And I checked, I only increased it by one pill, so 600mg total.

There is probably some sort of detoxing I can increase

I feel like there is always something else to help
