yes, please be careful. Just make sure your symptoms don't get worse. But good for you for having the willpower! the same thing happened to me. when i had just finished treating lyme, everytime i exercised my legs would burn afterwards. But i ramped it up slowly but surely - type of exercise was biking or hiking. I could not for the life of me do any high cardio such as running, or else I would automatically get sick. As the time progressed, my endurance increased, and now 2 years later I am working out at a gym with weights and I am stronger now than I was before I had lyme. I truly believe exercise is The second best treatment, so as long as you do it little by little. Keep us posted!!!
