Spicy food?

Just curious, spicy food with lymes yes or no? I've read it both ways. I'm hooked on Franks red hot sauce and really just love all hot and spicy food. I put Franks red hot on everything, there isn't anything that doesn't taste better with it. I have made major diet changes since being diagnosed, my old diet was classic American fat salt sugar. But giving up the spicy foods, well I don't know. I've been dipping my celery in the red hot.

Thanks that's what I wanted to hear! I gave up fast food and sugary drinks but really didn't want to part with the Franks!
