Looking for LLMD In Or Near Houston, TX

Would appreciate any information for LLMDs in the Houston area. I received a list of doctors from the Texas Lyme Disease Association, but I don't think they are specifically listed as LLMDs. I am trying to get an appointment with one of the doctors mentioned on the list (Internal Medicine doc), but I am waiting to hear back on whether I will get an appointment or not after the doctor reviews my appointment application.

Dr Z. was my doctor. He believes in IV rocephin, which worked for me as a final push.
