Herbal strengths

A lot of it is going to come down to dose. Knotweed can be pretty strong too. To your credit though andrographis was selected primarily for it's antibacterial effect while the others for their antiinflammatory and immunostimulatory effects. So that may be why it appears to be "stronger" in the sense of having a more direct effect. But it's also very difficult to compared doses from one herb to another. I would recommend approaching everything on an individual basis and starting smaller than the typical dose, working your way up to a comfortable level. I've found that the most effective level for me is the dose where i get a herx, but it's mild and manageable. Typically in that case it will disappear in a few days. I'll stay on it for a week or two, and then increase it slowly and repeat.

Also it should be stated that there can be synergy between herbs.

Thanks for the input. Definitely experiencing some relief today without andrographis. But that's also indicative that I definitely need it too.
