I took a little time to look up liver hemangiomas and Doxy use. Seems they use Doxy to treat hemangiomas that show up in the lymph nodes - so that *shouldn't* be an issue. But, your doctor does know about this, right?
Would you happen to be able to tell the difference between pain from the hemangioma and 'generalized' liver pain? As Lymepilot was saying, liver pain is not uncommon. We push our livers to process a lot of 'stuff' while we are in treatment - medications/herbs and the toxins that are created as the bacteria die. As the liver becomes more congested, it will possibly hurt - but this is a generalized pain from the liver. I'm not sure if it's even possible to know the difference between the two?
I would suggest that you let your doctor know, but are you detoxing? I have to do a liver flush from time to time, and I drink a detox tea that targets my liver (and my kidneys).
And, if the pain gets really serious - please just go to an Urgent Care center or the ER to get checked out. Just to be sure.
